NATIONAL U.S. POSTAGE STAMP DAY
Yesterday
Breakfast: Ken: Cereal & banana, juice, coffee; Pat: Bagel & cream cheese, juice, coffee
Lunch: Roast Beef sandwich w/lettuce & tomato, chips, coke
Supper: Delicious Super Chef Salad made by my personal chef. Dessert: pecan pie & ice cream
We picked up Marge and got to church before 9 o’clock. Pat taught Sunday School and I helped with slides and answering her questions about the lesson.
At 10:30 we went to the Welcome Center for cookies and coffee.
Then, we covered security during the worship service.
After church we drove to Albany and dropped Marge off at her apartment, then came home for lunch.
We watched TV while we ate lunch and for a while after we finished lunch, that was followed by one of those delightful naps that you have sometimes on a Sunday afternoon.
I put the trash & recycling out at the curb and we finished watching a series we started a couple of days ago, “Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries”. It was set in the 70s with period cars and dress.
We went to bed after that.
Today
I have some things I need to do outside today but I haven’t talked with April about what she would like to do. I guess I will tell you tomorrow what we did.
Weather
We are supposed to have some showers, some sun and some clouds today with a high of 76º
